That's not context at all, that's simple sentence structure.

Context is saying "I fingered my prick" in a Chinese Nike sweatshop and holding up a damaged sewing utensil for replacement, and then saying the same thing again 20 mins later, stumbling out of the dunny during smoko sweaty, red-faced and satisfied.

kicky wicky: an old fashioned term for a spouse. Not used anymore, but Shakespeare did use it in All's Well That Ends Well.
 
coprolalia: the involuntary and repetitive use of obscene language. Many people believe this condition to be Tourette's syndrome, but Tourette's is defined as a disorder characterised by involuntary tics and vocalisations. Many people who have Tourette's may have coprolalia as part of their disorder.
