That's a good point. The other option is upgrading one of them to Bradshaw, Barlow or Nicoski if you can get the funds easily enough.

Although I've got Proud and Pfeiffer so its not a worry.

I would be safe in this catergory but Lovett Murray is injured!

Out of all those N Brown is the only one guaranteed a game unless he gets injured, however the downside is he may only score 30 points. Personally, I think his scores may improve maybe an extra 10 to 15 points because the last two weeks he's played on 2 of the top 3 fowards in the comp and has been purely worried about stopping their scoring opportunities. Against teams where he doesnt have as good a player to match up on he may feel a bit more confident to run off his man and get some possies. Also Collingwood loves to chip it around the backline untill a free player opens up so there is plenty of chances for him to get some free marks and kicks. If they were all guaranteed a game or you feel that they are all a good chance to continue getting games then i would choose Proud as he showed in the p/s that he is capable of getting decent numbers

I'm not so sure Ibbotson will play. Surely Warnock will be a late inclusion for the dockers. I just don't see Sandilands and Michael Johnson/Gilmore taking on Cox and Seaby. So far the dockers have played Collingwood and Hawthorn and it's fair to say they don't have the strongest ruck divisions so Freo have gone in with Sandilands by himself.

Not Talyor. He won't play more than 5 games unfortunately.
N.Brown is an SC pick and not as good for DT.
Scott Selwood will be great, although I'm not sure how many games he can string together. He's competing against JMac, Masten, Ebert and Rosa for a spot.
Pfeiffer looked good preseason and last week. I reckon he's the best one of the lot, although Proud was impressive in the NAB cup.

Cop the zero I say, unless you have over $50k in the bank, in that case upgrade to a Carlisle or someone around there...(Not too sure about players in that price range)

I'm not in that boat though, I've got Brown playing, even though he'll only give me an extra 25 points... Hopefully when Hartlett comes back, he'll get another game and stay in there for some time, as Ratten named him at CHF in round 1, so Rats certainly likes the looks of him...

Except that now Kreuzer and Fisher are in.

Yer you would think Harvey would go for experience in a derby. I'm not sure Black is fully fit though. It would not surprise me at all if Ibbotson and Duffield went out for Black and Warnock.

Edit: Peake is another one that may well be a late change.

He played 6 games in 06 (40), 8 games in 07 (20) and in his 2 games this season he's scored 39 and 62.
Forgive me for stating the obvious, but those numbers aren't impressive at all.
You'd think that he would play most games this season and improve or else they'll delist him.

I think Proud is a good option. I mean his form in the Nab Cub suggest so, however last week wasn't his best effort.

He is 111 grand or something like that, so he is a fairly cheap option.

Are you planning on trading for a 7th defender this week or next week Butane?

Look at it this way - I love donuts, but DT donuts are the worst kind. I know.
But if you hold off this week you will get to see how Pfeiffer, Proud and Scott Selwood play. If either of the former players are impressive, then its reasonable to think that they'll be given a few extra games at least. As for Selwood, well, he's a Selwood. So it wouldn't suprise me if he got 100 on debut or something. And if he repeats it in Round 4 then he'll probably stay in the side for at least a month.
