Delisted players can they go onto a rookie list via free agency?

Yes they can. Most of those players that would move through free agency would be during the delisted player free agency from November 1st to 13th.

*Mind you during the current free agency period it really wouldn't make sense for players who are free agents to move to a rookie list when most of these players are moving for better coin.

Thanks

Only if they weren't offered a contract. If a player refuses to sign an offered contract and walks, they're not a free agent.

Are you sure about that? It doesn't sound right.
Yea they can. Of course if the are a restricted free agent and the 'new' club only offers a rookie and their current club offers a better contract they stay. So like i said it basically wouldn't happen in this current free agency period but in the mini free agency from November 1st-13th I would think a few of those players would be offered rookie contracts at other clubs
