A pretty close family friend plays for them, wouldn't have minded us going for him actually . But yeah, it does seem like the kinda place that non-AFL talent would absolutely thrive. The games I've been down to they really match up against the AFL-listed players strongly.

Really such a nothing game for what felt like a big occasion, disappointing all around. Just flat after it.

according to my calculations, if we had off not made some stupid mistakes such as missing goals from 20m directly in front and missing easy kicks in the middle, and they didn't get that goal from that elliot mark thing that was touched we would have lost by 17, pretty decent, but in saying that they played crap and should have won by 100 anyway

I think they were excellent for a half and that's all they needed to do. Second half was extremely meh from both sides.

Won clearances after quarter time. As poor as we were over 4 quarters if we had only been 2 goals down early in the second quarter we might have been a chance.

All happened in the clearances though being down by about 13-1 makes it very tough for the forwards and defenders.
