It doesn't, to me it makes the dogs sound very stubborn. They knew we had no power at all and if they were smart about it, remove their offer and get him in the PSD.... As disappointing it is only getting pick 26, I think we should be glad we got that much.How does that change the fact that they refused to negotiate?
My views are he isn't worth the money they are paying him, but their offer (1.8m over 4 years) to me warranted a better offer then just pick 26. So for the dogs to say they never budged from their initial offer is poor form.
Geez, what did we lose for Mark Williams? Pick 14 or something like that, and how much was his contract?
