As a Subiaco supporter from the late 70s, I pretty much hated every other team -- because they all beat us. Every one of them. Every week. Although my hatred dwindled once we started winning premierships.

In the AFL I hate Carlton. I developed a filthy dislike for them when Greg Williams played for them and nothing they've done since has changed my mind. I'm also not that fond of Freo, but that's mainly because you just cannot have a civil conversation with one of their supporters without them harping on and on about why we are supposedly the spawn of Satan.

I did hate East Perth, but I guess I can't anymore. Dislike Claremont, even though I played for Claremont JFC.

Don't hate Freo as a club so much as the hoards of casual supporters who love to rub it in when they're flying and deny even caring when they aren't. Also a select few players (Mayne, Ballantyne, Crowley).

Carlton, Essendon and North I hate more as organisations.
Carlton because of their shady crap under Dick Pratt, Essendon because of the PEDs scandal and their response to it, and North because Brad Scott and the rubbish that is the "shinboner spirit".

No everlasting hatred for any club, really.

Freo - obvious reasons
Carlton - Soft pricks and I hate their song.
Collingwood - Arrogant pricks and one of their ferals poured beer on me in the 2007 semi.
Essendon - Sheedy and his ****ing jacket, their injections and the media sympathy they get. I'd laugh if they fold.
Geelong - Been up for waaaay too long and our record against them hasn't been flash in recent times. Their guernsey is pretty average too imo.
Shitney - 2005 still hurts, COLA, Tippett, Franklin.

Don't really despise any WAFL teams, but I dislike Claremont and Subiaco.

I too was a long suffering Subi supporter, I was just recently reading that in 1982 we lost our 1st 17games of the year. I was 10 at the time and I used to go every week, I remember so many times leaving the ground on a cold winters day with a score line something along the lines of 30 goals to 7. If it wasn't for kicking the footy with my mates, a bucket of hot chips and hamburger I don't know how I would have survived.
Funnily enough it's that experience that gives me complete confidence the Eagles will turn it around soon enough, we are a proud and strong club, our supporters are loyal. It's only a matter of time!

Sfunny how West Perth's move to Joondalup was part of a 3 or 4 club agreement with the WAFL to relocate (or die) in an effort to expand supporter base and junior recruitment. SFunny how after West Perth moved the other clubs reneged on their moves and then complained ever since about their zones and blamed everyone else.

SFunny how the other clubs never new any details of the alignments proposed until the WAFC presented it as a done deal between Peel and East Perth at the Presidents meeting and Brian Dawson had been on the Eagles coaching payroll for 2 months previously before the 'surprise' appointment as EP's coach.

SFunny how the WAFL players displaced at Peel And East Perth by AFL players and lost to the WAFL because the WAFC refused to waived the usual transfer fees have conveniently been swept under the carpet by their former clubs as a monor inconvenience.

So it still stands - Too lazy to sort and their own problems so it's easier to sell your soul in an effort for more asterix flags.

Dennis Cometti at one point when he was coaching West Perth said in the media that the WAFL should kick Subi out for being such a pathetic club. I've never met him in person, but if I ever do, I'll remind him of that quote and also remind him that we won a few premierships before the Falcons did.

yes Troy was pretty good, played against him many times. His brother Barry was better than him but just had no interest in committing to footy.
Cary Park are better than Bunbury that's for sure, both are South's enemy though. But generally South's and Cary Park get on ok especially the past players functions etc.

Yeah, I had a mate at school who a mad Subi supporter too so there was always someone to have a kick with, different times back then, my old man or my uncle were quite happy to let me hang out with other kids have a kick and catch up a few times during the game normally coming back when I was hungry or thirsty, I loved it, had a ball. Being the father of 3 kids now I'm not sure id give my kids the same free reign in Perth, different in Broome but I'm still bloody cautious!
Shame there is not Dennis Cometti live on TV any more, you could have put your name up to get stuck into him.

I ticked a few for the AFL (7, I'm pretty bitter). Main one would be Melbourne though for a variety of reasons.

Their suporters (not the hardcore ones that post on here, but the "other" ones), the media talking them up for much of the last 7 years expecting them to be something other than trash, various presidents they have had in recent times (diamond Joe is not a very honest guy), their representatives in the media such as the Ox (just a terrible person) and Lyon (when talking about Melbourne), Paul Roos, Jack Watts, and so much else.

Hate Carlton. Diesel williams, Judd, Brett rattan. F' the lot of em.

Hate Essendon. Hird, Tim Watson, fletcher. F' that lot too.

In the WAFL being a souths supporter it has to be East. Call me naive but I didn't know there was so much hate for us outside of Sharks supporters.

Freo is really the only one I've held a hatred for, Hated The bombers in hte 90's for knocking us out of finals, and always seeming to beat us when it counted. Hated the blues for the same reason, well not so much finals, but that game we were robbed at Princes park when Evans soccered it and Carlton claimed, and were given the goal that won them the game.

Most of that hatred has mellowed and gone, never hated the pies.

Freo however have and always will be my most hated. I know too many freo supporters who in general know nothing about footy. I'm not aloud to bring up any of our past glories, but they are aloud to bring up last years choke, and all their derby premierships They all seem to have a massive chip on their shoulders and just can't get over anything. Then of course they have f**k heads like ballantyne, mayne, crowley etc sho as players annoy the shit out of me just looking at them.

As a West Perth supporter I hate everyone, cause everyone hates us Again just jealous of our many triumphs, much like freo supporters!!!
