Yep like Masai said about integrity, there were/are plenty of people claiming doom and gloom for Freo with Ross here, he seems a tough coach but in turn he's getting the most out of every player who can buy into what's now expected. We've never been more professional or successful and yeah there are still plenty more boxes to be ticked but players seem to voting with their contracts and they keep saying they want to be a part of what we're building here.

Just under $700k it was reported in that article. You gotta wonder how close these estimates are. If correct thats a bit of a pay increase from his last contract. Pretty much what hes worth i would say?

For next year maybe but I'm not sure many clubs would have paid $800k+ for three years at his age. If that means we're paying a premium for his last contract I'm happy with that, if he has two more years close to this form and he helps us win a premiership then it's worth it even if his third year is transitioning out of the team. If he slows down quicker then that then that's the gamble we have to take.

but yeah no idea if there's any basis for the numbers.

Yeah, the big ones are locked in, now it's time to get some of these role players sorted out. SCOS and DeBoer too I think are the two I'd like to see sorted.

But, great news on Mundy, I'd be lying if I said I was never in doubt. I was confident, but never convinced so I'm stoked!!

The guy is all class, and he's all ours.
