I have had had mine for around 5 months now and its easily one of the hardest things i have ever done. Totally smashes your arms, tri`s, shoulders and forearms to absolute fatigue. One of the best things i have ever purchased.

Anyone else here got or used one? Would be interested in your experiences.

This is the vid i started with, it took about a month to get to the 3 minute mark but no where near full pace. The burn you get is so intense and you are left with almost zero strength in your arms and your heart rate has gone through the roof.

Its only 5.5kg but dont let the light weight fool you, its tough. They do have a 10kg version that you can add plates, and in the states have a monster 40kg version.

Well considering a large percentage of professional boxers and UFC fighters in the States, plus the majority of NFL teams, and the Australian Defense forces now use them, they must be ok. But somehow i had the feeling you would can it;)

I know the Defense department are using them as i had a 5 month wait as they has a large order on the 5.5kg machine and i had to go on the waiting list

Bricks, speedball & skipping are also very good.
The greatest modern day trainer by a mile is Freddie Roach and he has a legendary 3-5kg dumbbell arm/shoulder workout that smashes shoulders into fatigue. Just about all pro and aspiring boxers around the world incorporate it into their training, and the Freddie Roach camp (not as active due to ill health) uses the burn machines smaller 3.5kg and 0.9 kg to push to fatigue.
Mine is the 5.5kg.

Shame its not at a place like Rebel where people can go and try it out first.
