We've grouped them like this: 2/5/10, 11, 4/8, 3/6/9/7, 12.

Something like that I think..

There's a lot of wonderful magic in Maths!

Something that we did as kids was to colour all the multiples of numbers in different colours and look at the patterns.
Print off a 12x12 number square and maybe your student can enjoy colouring in her 5x tables as a reward?

Yeah we have those too. They're like in a booklet, along with counting/number patterns.

That's good. As long as the kids enjoy what they're doing, they'll learn. Have you ever heard of the Don Spencer Times Tables songs? He sings the times tables - each one to a different tune- and I used to have a CD and an accompanying book. Sometimes aids like that can be helpful. If you're interested, I can try to find an audio clip or see if the CD/whatever is available. Might be from the ABC shop or somewhere.

Nah it's cool, we have plenty of resources. And do I mean plenty.. I just ordered 2 grands worth last week.
