They need to rebuild. Dangerfield will be at one of 4 places next season: Hawthorn, Essendon, North or Adelaide. Most likely the former or latter.

Right now? Yes. North are ahead simply because they were top 4 last season.

I still feel like we aren't a very appealing place to come too after the supplements scandal. It's a bit different for people such as Chapman who had a relationship with Bomber and only a side with top 4/8 hopes would take him to compliment their list. Or Giles who needed to come to a club where he felt he would have rucking opportunities in the senior side.

Dangerfield would literally be taken in return for almost anything from every single other club in the competition. With clubs like Hawthorn, Collingwood, North and of course Geelong potentially putting sizeable deals forward, I couldn't see him choosing us over them.

Although, I would LOVE to be proven wrong of course. Just my opinion.

I think the delay in Crowleys case is good news, in the sense that WADA are seriously considering an appeal against the bombers. Makes no sense for them to delay this case if they weren't still helping WADA cover every inch of the case.
