Lotus-Cheek, Ake, Kalas, Christensen, Baker all close to ready for a step up. We are only just starting to see the real fruits of the efforts Roman put into the youth academy when he arrived.

Still guys like Musonda, Boga, Solanke, Abraham who atm are a bit young but look very promising indeed.

I know 4 Soton fans in RL and they are all pretty bitter about things and have the same views on the players they sold. They are angry at the club for selling Jack Cork and hate Luke Shaw, ok at Schneiderlin leaving, lolling at Lolvren and Lollana and pretty pissed at Toby.

You make it sound like it's easy to pick Chelsea standard players when they're barely teenagers. The other big clubs like Arsenal, United and City also struggle with this.

Bertie should be still here, but it's been a struggle to guess on the right childhood talent that's going to end up good enough to play for Chelsea.

We seem better at identifying late teen talent like Zouma, Courtois, KBD, Lukaku etc
