If it's a Mortgagees auction and there ain't many bidders, the bank will just recover whatever it can. Seems Yarran must be sold, he won't be held on to. Unfortunately it seems like the Tigers are the only ones putting their hands up at auction.This is actually getting enjoyable..like teaching a child.
We will use a real estate analogy again.
When selling a property, who sets the value of the property? The person coming into the house to buy..or the real estate agent, who has weighed in factors such as perceived value, demand, condition etc
