My favourite part is that they now think there culture is strong enough to take on guys like Yarran and Bennell because they have leaders like Cotchin and Jack reiwoldt.

Our club's culture been a success, just look at some of the last few years achievements for proof.

• Dusty turning his career around and now an elite player.

Does seem like he has been injured more.

Richmond may have made up the numbers over the last few seasons while we languish at the bottom.
Reality is the tigers are no where near as good as you think.
Your club can not compete with sides during finals and you are better of finishing in your usual place, 9th. Your list has reached its potential and you are at the crossroads in terms of needing s list overhaul. This is very evident as normally a side reaches finals and can start to progress past the first week, 3 attempts and the Tigers simply don't have the talent or the intestinal fortitude to improve. The position you guys are in means you don't get the chance to inject high end talent via the draft and so you top up your list with recycled players through trading, meaning you don't get to improve or compliment your list only with average players or list cloggers.
At least as a club we know where we are at and we have the opportunity to build our list with every intention of improving it year after year.

Which one? There are so many of them. Their presence in this thread reminds me of the Essendope supporters tag-teaming on the HTB. Their own boards must so lacking in decent discussion (I guess that would happen when they are all circle-jerking) that they have to look for some decent football conversation elsewhere.
