With Hawthorn loosing Lake and Hay there is a strong possibility they may go for Carlisle.
If you look at it , Carlisle still has not selected a prefered club that could be becouse he may be waiting for something else? Hawthorn.

I don't think Carlisle was making unrealistic demands. He is a backmen and the Bulldogs gameplan needs to change. IT isn't sustainable and is easily exposed. The talent isn't there to be playing a run and gun all out attacking gamestyle.

Players don't talk $$$. Their manager does. That is what he is there for!
Coaches also don't talk $$$, each club has a specialist these days who looks after contracts and negotiations.

I'd like 5, but with the amount of players we're turning over this year, I'd rather us keep a second rounder, and go into the draft with possibly 4 top 25 picks.

I don't see pick 5 for carlisle as a fair swap for saints, and they rightfully shouldn't accept it.
