What has happened to the thought of Finlayson being included in the Treloar trade, I mentioned his name to a mate and he spoke of the guy like he was the next coming of Nick Riewolt, are we any chance of him being included? He may be a promising key forward on our books to develope.

I have never and will never be one of those "I have a source" bs artists. BUT, I heard this so I'm telling you guys just to pass the time. I was informed last week that there was some seriously funny business going on at Adelaide in an attempt to get Danger to stay. Geelong got wind of this (as they would of course, as Danger wanted to go there), and got up to even funnier business in order to keep him happy.

My a massive disclaimer: I claim none of this as fact. This was simply passed on to me by someone who knows a LOT of stuff that stays out of the press, most of it non-football related. It may be hot air. But I heard it and I'm passing it on, minus the actual incentives. The total numbers would blow your hair back. Personally, I hope he was winding me up as the sorts of stuff he was saying would indicate a mind blowing level of cheating is going on under everyone's noses. Highly dubious, but amazing if true.

EDIT: just to clarify, I know some people here have legit sources and I'm grateful that they share their info. When I say bs artists, I mean the school holiday types who have a cousin who works as a cleaner at the Holden Centre.

So Melbourne prefer to deal with Gold Coast for pick 3.

Yeah, we prefer to deal for pick 3 to Gold Coast too for Seedsman. Ain't happening though.

Bit thick, is he? Never mind. Doug Hawkins or Chris Dawes... Who would you rather have on your books, rather than reading them?

Agree though, Howe's a good average footballer but he's got a big leap and good hands. New club, new set of team mates, new structures, less veils of negativity to trip over on your way to training. It can work wonders.
