I wonder if and I say if, the Bombers knew about the video and Saints didn't and we're not informed. Then the Saints could apply to VCAT and get out of the trade under the trade agreement that allows purchasers to reverse a buy if information was not divulged by the seller that the seller knew and had the buyer known this at the time would not have made the purchase.

Has any player sat out a year due to being contracted for a club they don't want to play for and not being traded?

I'm pretty sure there would be all kinds of legal issues for the AFL if that happened. Because I'm contract law you are only required to compensate for breach of contract. We should use the war chest take Carlton/AFL to court and get Yarran for free due to restraint of trade.
