Maybe I see it from my own personal experience.

Have given up habits which you would call " addictive " because I have decided I wanted to and needed to.

It's called will power. You make your own life decisions and you live by those choices and conciquences. Nothing intellectually lazy about that.

I don't smoke during the week at work or at home.

I may have a dart if I'm having a beer on the weekend after cricket or if I'm fishing or I may not.

It's very rare I have one nowadays.

I used to smoke like a Trojan. Can't afford to these days.
 
:mad: Cheap skated and bought the cheaper short new iPad charger and it just cost me an iPad. I went to pick it up and forgot it was plugged in and the foot long cable snatched it out of my hand and it smashed on the floor.
It wouldn't have happened if I'd payed the extra 5 bucks for a longer one.
Trap for young players.

The trap was buying an Apple product in the first place. People are always crying about their screens cracking etc. but if they didn't buy a shit product in the first place, it wouldn't happen.

If they did that then addiction wouldn't be a problem....for anything. Unfortunately the world is full of stupid people and gullible people.
 
Coffee shops in the UK really grind my gears. On weekdays the earliest one will open is 8.30am and on the weekend they all don't open until ****ing 10am. I want my first Bloody Mary or beer at 10am. I don't want to have to wait until then for my first ****ing coffee.
Get up earlier you ****ing slack campaigners.
