"Disgraceful article by Ashley Porter Graham Cornes"

Rucci actually taking wrinkles to task about him leaving out certain facts about how much Port & the Crows payback to the SNAFL.

"You conveniently leave out the rent free deal you've got at AAMI stadium"

"What a deal to train at a decaying stadium? Bottom line is Port need to pay more to the SANFL"

"Port also pay the same transport levy the Crows do & contribute their fair share to the SANFL they agreed to in the last negotiations."

Cornes is seriously off his head thinking there is any chance that Port will tear up a deal that's already rooting us so we can give even more to the leech league impersonating a grass roots footy competition.

I like how in jesper felchers article on the hoff being added to the leadership group he said "ryder was suspended for his part in the essendon drugs scandal"

For his part. Yes, Ryder cooked up the peptides himself.

Fun fact: When legal cases are being cited, they don't go through the whole list of everyone involved, they only list one plaintiff and/or defendant and then say 'et al' or 'and others' or something along those lines. Which means that by a pure accident of having a name that begins near the start of the alphabet, this case will forever go down in history as 'World Anti Doping Agency v Tom Bellchambers et al'.

Bellchambers can't even lead a ruck division, let alone lead a clubwide peptide regime.

The sooner the AFL brings in a national reserve league and academies across the AFL the BETTER! Give the AFL clubs control of grass roots football and recruiting zones so they can develop their respective states talents, bring them through Under 16 & 18 national leagues then upgrade them to senior lists when their ready, which could be 17 or could be 20. The clubs here have every reason to maximise grass roots football and produce the absolute best talent as they will come through their own under ages ranks then into their national reserve side and then into the AFL. This will mean the talent will be found and there will be enough players for all AFL teams and a better pool of quality because those players will be found and developed better IMO. The AFL clubs can use the money that the SANFL use for grass roots much better. If players come through the under 18s but aren't really good enough for AFL but become too old for U18 they can become reserve league top up players and instead of clubs drafting players at 21-24 as mature ages from the SANFL they might keep a player who takes longer to develop in their reserve team as a top up player who then develops their game to then be upgraded later in their career. The AFL draft is largely abolished as it wouldn't be necessary anymore especially if NT and Tasmania are divided among Victorian teams but I think a trade period or pre-season 'rookie draft' can still take place for clubs to pick up players from other teams. The set up takes the responsibility of youth development away from the SANFL and making them the third tier of football behind AFL and AFL Reserve League. The sooner this happens so AFL teams can develop their own talents the better.

Dom Cassisi is doing the same to KG.

KG isn't a deadset legend, he's a deadset #campaigner who doesn't know his facts.

As I mentioned before, if the hateful 8 win in making us pay the 400k to play in the SNAFL, we should take the SNAFL to court and get back the money that we don't get back.

Making the SANFL merge with the SAAFL would help as well, this would keep the SANFL history in tact, and secure the long term future of the SNAFL clubs alive, because without the help of the PAFC and AFC in the SNAFL, that comp would become so insignificant it would die a slow death.

All the SAAFL would need to do is make a premier division, and add the grand finalists from Div1 to make up the 10 teams in the premier competition.

Massive like for this!

Exactly what should happen!

Graham Cornes, reading out a letter about the Crows' free rent: "Two million dollars? Come on, get your facts straight. You're the ret***d."

He mad.
He's copping it hard over that comment, lol.

I love it when the station under fire gets the offender to put up an apology they don't really mean.

Cornes sooky reshash of his usual meltdown is symptomatic of a desperate opponent that is getting more and more scared.

(I'm not) Sorry wrinkles we have a contract in place to pay an amount and that's what we will pay. (I'm not) Sorry snafl clubs we have a contract in place and that is what we will pay. (I'm not) Sorry SMA unless you stack the deck we will win the GDV because its right and we are following the law.

And when it comes to renegotiation you have awoken the sleeping giant. We will have the power and will be fair to you (but on our terms) or you can GAGF. We have given and given because we had no choice and you have taken and taken because you could.

We have our dormant supporter base back, we dominate the younger market, we have national (and am confident will have international) sponsors, WE ARE PORT ADELAIDE again.

To quote Homer "Een America, first you get da suger. Den you get de money. Den you get de power. Den you get de weemen".

"The Crows have put together a pre game spectacle that will destroy NTUA" - KG :drunk:

Can't wait to see them fail epically in typical try hard fashion, it's likely to be a train wreck if any of their recent attempts are anything to go by.

he really is sinking the teeth in now :)
I hope they get the right licences in place before they do what ever they've planned,

Just heard this too. Typical over-hype which will probably just be Roo singing the song as the team comes out. They can beat it up but they better deliver because if it's the local bowls club perfecting their chants it will be a joke.

Or they could have a banner that goes over a section of crowd like in soccer but staying true to their roots and be crocheted.
