At the Crows training centre, there are bunk beds for players to have a nap in the middle of the day in between commitments in a dark, quiet and windowless sleeping room.

Crows truly have a Dangerfield obsession. They apparently now have not two, folks, but three, yes three new Patrick Dangerfields. Not only Crouchfield and Gorefield but now Curly Hamptonfield has been added to the ever increasing list. If there are any true puffers in this town, it is the Crows. :p

Correct, I would be. The only thing that would change my mind on those guys (and Ryder/Monfries) is if they came out and were honest about what happened. They weren't and their evidence contradicted facts and they also never disclosed the injection regime until it was uncovered. The only thing they have been sorry about (and the club) is that they got caught.

Well I shall enjoy it very much to hear your indignant and loud response to your club in the trade period. Always a drug cheat, always a glasser and adulterer with your best mates wife. I assume then as you are very high and mighty that you were just as indignant about Carey.

Go search and see if you can find a post where I defend Carey's honour. Also posted that we shouldn't have recruited him and we paid way over the odds.
You will learn that I am happy to admit our mistakes, I don't live in denial of them and I don't try to rewrite history like most of your posters do.

Carey at least admitted his issues and sought treatment. Francis sought to hide the truth, Stevens sought to blame the victim and the parklands saga resulted in a payoff to shut the victim up.

They were so gripped with King Crow Carey mania at the time they would've let him have the pick of any Camry wife.

We all hate Stevens in so many many ways. Carey had a media career to pursue so of course he would admit his issues and the old familiar sought treatment line. I also admit our mistakes, we have made many over the years, but it was not a mistake us taking on Monfries and Ryder. We are paying the price not having them this year but we should still have Ryder for a few more years after this. Monfries already gave us a great few years in our renewal. Yes they made mistakes but they were hoodwinked too. I do not believe they sought out Dank to come and give them banned supplements. Yes with the WADA code the players are culpable for what goes into their bodies but Essendon set this up and set the players up with confidentiality agreements and that is why the players have every right to and will sue the club.

You're missing the point. The players are at the very least, guilty of being stupid in the extreme and dishonest when they had an opportunity to 'fess up.
Maybe they got poor advice, maybe they were naive, but they have showed no responsibility and no contrition. In this respect, they are as bad as Hird.
