Whether a player gets 30 seconds for a shot at goal is a bit fuzzy at the moment. If a player says he's having a shot...? Fakes the whole routine then kicks to the top of the square. Umpires have to know how far each player kick... what?

Surely it needs to be that if the man on the mark is at the 50m or within they are entitled to their 30 seconds. If not, they aren't. Removes any umpire discretion.
