I rejected a few songs when I was host like Bow River, From St Kilda to Kings Cross and Santa Monica which has made it in this round.

I let in a couple of dodgy ones like Straight Outta Compton and Waterloo Sunset because there were towns in other countries called Compton and Waterloo.

It's still a city. With the urban sprawl here Geelong and Melbourne will probably end up being a similar thing. Look at aerial maps of Melbourne, the connection isn't far away.
