The Revenant, eh? I'd like to see Dank try and convince everyone that he could go a few rounds with a grizzly bear and come out without a scratch. He'd spin a fascinating theory.

He obviously won't because he's a first class arseh*le who's been lying through his teeth, and those fans would be better simply getting back to being fans and stop defining their football existence by the saga.

I'd like to see someone sue Dank and get him into a court room. The guy is a disgrace.

That was my first thought. Now that Dank is not appealing the guilty findings, will WADA now appeal the not-guilty findings that were in Dank's favour, the ones that related to EFC.

Especially after the final CAS outcome and technicality appeal that the players were found guilty.
 
In his last radio interview aided and abetted by the cooing pigeon, Graham Cornes, he repeated ad nauseum that he would present evidence "according to his timeline." Well, Danky, ASADA don't march to the beat of your drum, mate! A totally deluded individual. Ponzi schemes, ripping off people. The final straw came when he fabricated a supposed terminal illness unsupported by medical certificates.Who would stoop so low! The world will be a better place without him.

He is already banned for life from any WADA affiliated sport. There would be no point unless you want several life sentences lol.

One point would be to overturn the CJC-1295 trafficking charge to Bock to make it easier to purse charges against Bock.

Also the entire issue of precedent setting. I can see WADA going ahead in a document only appeal, a hearing at Dank's request he does not turn up to.

So are you saying that we will not hear anything else about the doping program at Essendon and the ensuing 'saga' ever again?

I just read one that said his solicitor emailed the tribunal to tell them Dank wasn't rocking up. Unless he/she is doing him freebies, that email would be about 600 bucks worth!

Of course we'll hear about it. We'll hear about it in isolated dispatches for years to come. Just like we still hear about Carlton's salary cap breaches occasionally now. Or how we still occasionally see references to Melbourne's tanking, or...you get the picture.

That we might still occasionally hear 'something' about this in 2017 or beyond does not mean the saga will still be going by any meaningful qualification. You posting about it every day on a website does not mean it will still be going. But then you won't understand that because you have a track record and a long one at that, of not appreciating any viewpoint or world view other than your own on this whole mess. And your bumbling lack of self-awareness accentuates it.
