So, can we now call this saga over?
Shit ending, like The Revenant. Many questions left hanging. Plenty of scope for Hirdy to 'fess up and truly repent.

The Revenant, eh? I'd like to see Dank try and convince everyone that he could go a few rounds with a grizzly bear and come out without a scratch. He'd spin a fascinating theory.Shit ending, like The Revenant. Many questions left hanging. Plenty of scope for Hirdy to 'fess up and truly repent.
In your head maybe. But then you love the saga, you said so yourself. Ironic and in fact straight out conflicted, considering you blame it for driving you from the game innit?
We'll never have the answers to everything. It's like the Essendon fans who say they hold out hope because the dickhead who is the subject of this thread might magically exonerate the players one day.
He obviously won't because he's a first class arseh*le who's been lying through his teeth, and those fans would be better simply getting back to being fans and stop defining their football existence by the saga.
Maybe you can take the same approach, or alternatively find something else to do.

I'd be quite happy never hearing his name again.I'd like to see someone sue Dank and get him into a court room. The guy is a disgrace.
That was my first thought. Now that Dank is not appealing the guilty findings, will WADA now appeal the not-guilty findings that were in Dank's favour, the ones that related to EFC.So AFL over and done with so does WADA now continue their appeal?

He is already banned for life from any WADA affiliated sport. There would be no point unless you want several life sentences lol. That was my first thought. Especially after the final CAS outcome and technicality appeal that the players were found guilty.

Do his solicitors know he's broke? What's the point? He's (all but) bankrupt and unlikely to show up. He never showed up to last hearing hence owing the Bendigo bank subsidiary 90k and being pursed for bankruptcy

I just read one that said his solicitor emailed the tribunal to tell them Dank wasn't rocking up. Unless he/she is doing him freebies, that email would be about 600 bucks worth!Yes.
That's why most recent articles have referred to them as his ex-lawyers when talking about them sending the email why he was a no show.
Well done Lavender, you've just taken 5+5 and got about 41.Ok.
So are you saying that we will not hear anything else about the doping program at Essendon and the ensuing 'saga' ever again?
But Dank said on Monday night: “It’s not over yet”.
“If the appeal is not put back on, we are prepared to move this sideways into another jurisdiction,” he said.
“I was prepared to turn up on Thursday.”
lol. "I was ready to turn up on Thursday".... but the hearing was TODAY you ****wit. I can't wait for him to take it to another jurisdiction. Should be hilarious.http://www.news.com.au/sport/afl/st...d/news-story/daf5bd0bf12a30053558730dab50170b
But can he? All other avenues are done and dusted since he failed to follow due process here, aren't they???

Book should be called "I did whatever it took".I'd buy his book. And if he's going to be declared bankrupt, he may as well spill the beans and profit.
Secondary/subtitle "The memoirs of The Smartest Man In the Room".....Book should be called "I did whatever it took".
"I screwed who'd ever listen"Book should be called "I did whatever it took".
Book should be called, "Get big quick without all the work!"Book should be called "I did whatever it took".
