Even down to the evil smile. The hands are eerily similar.
Can I be honest? I think playing him in the forward line will not allow him to reach his potential. Sure we may look at team balance, but he looks more comfortable in the midfield to me.
Surely he will get more midfield time this coming year?
I don't know why, but I sometimes feel as if he is holding back.
Seeing as midfielders like watson, heppell etc are going to rest forward more due to less rotations. Laverde will get reasonable midfield mins even if is listed on the team sheet in the fwd line. Assuming he breaks into the best 22.Can I be honest? I think playing him in the forward line will not allow him to reach his potential. The ideal world has them both playing a mixture of the two.I hope so.
I'd much rather Laverde in the mid and Langford up forward, than vise versa.

That really made me larf.RIP in peace.
He's tearing up his contract and going to st kilda?A bus is not the only thing that he will tear up this season

I can guarantee he will, coming from the man himself he is injury free and super keen to get out and playBetter get a gig next game or heads will roll![]()
Probably because he hasn't really played a good game in his first two seasons. Just flashes so far. I still think he'll be very good.I know a lot of people have cooled on Laverde, I'm not sure why. His ceiling is scarily high, is it because of his injury history? Inconsistency? He's still very young.

Some people are realising that he won't be that Fyfe-like midfielder that every team craves.I know a lot of people have cooled on Laverde, I'm not sure why. His ceiling is scarily high, is it because of his injury history? Inconsistency? He's still very young.
