Sneaky chance to debut this weekend I reckon. Can't have Preuss rucking the whole game surely and I don't know if we'll want McKay rucking.

Hasn't looked out of place at all in the limited viewings I've seen. A run in the ruck for short periods would be great for his development. Maybe even some KP time as a third tall (forward or back).

3 hours later:
Oatmeal mixed with 10 egg whites and some peanut butter

Fluid intake: 11 litres of water.

When you pump that much weight, he has to eat that so his body doesn't burn his muscle for energy given he has no fat reserves to speak of.
