I agree! If Buckley has any balls at all he would Drop Fasolo.... He proved last night he is all about me when he contested for a mark on the wing with his own player rather then calling him in (I think it was sidebottom?)..... Bucks didn't even drag him. I cant believe how bad a kick he is now.

People are being too pessimistic if they think Ramsay, Maynard, Smith are being dropped.

White stays for mine......the brain fade bump notwithstanding.

Not convinced about Smith though. Reminds a bit of Sam Dwyer in the sense of being way too good for VFL but just not quite there in the pressure of AFL.

Goldsack was great last night. Let down in the second half by lack of defensive pressure by the mids... again. Good on you Goldy!

I don't subscribe to the theory that the season is over after 2 games. If we lose 3 in a row I might start thinking that way, but not just yet.

Boohoo. We lost 2 games. Nobody's happy about it, but the ranting, foaming and prosaic posts here are just infantile.

Show some backbone, suck it up and look forward to next week like the players.

It's unlikely that Elliot comes in. We don't really want to be shuffling the team too much too early. We saw what essentially the same team felt like when it was working in the pre-season. I think most of the problem from last night was in between the ears and behind the ribcage.

So after the mid-week spray, the reminder of what it takes to win and daring to use your courage, I say only the following changes:

Out: Blair, Maynard
In: Varcoe, Dunn

We have no hope of stopping Buddy/Reid/Tippett unless we rotate our backline constantly to play a role instead of a specific man. Dunn/Goldsack have a fair bit of toe so can stay on a leading forward, leaving Reid and Schade to play man-on-man closer to goals. Maynard is just too green still. Weirdly enough I would have preferred Langdon.
