Just noticed that North play Carlton this week. I was planning on using Hampton to loophole EVW and Marchbank, but that's not going to work now.

Will instead use him for EVW and one of the Sydney defenders tonight - Newman or Jones. Who should I stick the E on tonight? Leaning towards Jones, though surely Newman can't keep up his premo scoring, can he?

Jones is averaging 114 at the SCG this year. If the hawks aren't on more than half the swans team could crack the SC ton tonight. I fear a flogging of frightful proportions is on the cards.

I am sure I am not the only one mulling over Stewart (91) vs Newman and Shaw. 91 is quite the bird in the hand. Newman can go very large and is in ripping form. Shaw has been putrid this season but you know there is a big one coming and I don't want to miss out over holding all year.

I'm definitely grabbing him next week. Worst case he makes a shit load of quick cash - better than most/all other cash generation options. Best case he becomes a reliable starting mid.

In any case, I've got SPP sitting at M8 at present, so he should definitely be an upgrade on him until I complete my mids (if necessary).

Idc how he scores his points. I would assume his tackle count would be higher in a loss.......
It means for my last 2 upgrades I get macrae over Wallis and roberton over hibberd.

i can see him going 85-90 which is better than any rookie around.
it wont make your midfield complete but it could earn you an extra 20 points a week...worth it if you have trades to burn.

Not sure... If Ablett was playing I'd think Vince was a fair chance of tagging him, but given that he isn't, I don't think we'll bother.
