Just got home from Nothing But Thieves gig at Brightside in Brisbane. Ripped the place apart. Sweated my ass off showing the young ****s how it's done. Bass player jumped into the crowd and headed straight to me to wrap his arms around me with a grin from ear to ear. In my top 10 gigs of all time. Amazing band.

• brahj only comes around once in a blue moon for these contests but he makes the most of it when he does. In 3 appearances, he has 2 podiums.
• spookism's return to the contest nets him a 6th place finish.
• Chappyuk is an outside chance to crack 4000 votes next round. He needs 23 votes to achieve this.

• CakeEater has a record that no one wants. He has overtaken little graham as the Billy king by winning his 13th Billy putting him outright first on the Billies list. Those 5 Billy votes also puts him ahead of royboy2 as the poster with the most Billy votes.
• Marklar_33 is set to crack 200 contests next round, all consecutive.
• One NaturalDisaster has been averted! The said poster changed from a CCR classic to a very middle-of-the-road Peter Gabriel tune (seriously, it was as if Phil Collins had invaded his musical mind as that sounded like Gabriel's equivalent to I Wish It Would Rain Down). It looked for a moment that he may have cost himself his first win but it only cost him a podium in the end.
• That podium goes to Bet on Blue who takes his podium tally to 25 in what was his 150th consecutive contest. Welcome to both the Legends Hall and HoF once again.
• However, it didn't prevent the disaster that was No Rain winning. Congrats to William Wonka for winning his first contest with his first podium, too bad it was with a shit song. Still, you get an encouragement award as you went from winning the Billy to winning the contest nearly doing the double in the process.
