absolutely, cheating is cheating. It shouldn't matter if you win gold, or miss out on qualification for a final.

Is it cheating if there’s absolutely no advantage gained though? Taking PEDs in the context of Curling seems about as useful as a knob piercing.

If that is the case then the Essendon players were harshly dealt with after all.
it didn't help them to win anything, apart from Watson of course

It’s pretty obvious that increased strength/endurance could give you an unfair advantage in a physical game like footy.

Where did all the reds go though? Not in the footage. Like to know how out of that you find 9 reds. Mostly subs getting involved?

I only see 2 at most.

#35 for the red and black. Threw a right hook which connected & the keeper for grabbing him around the neck and starting the whole thing.
the rest looked like they were trying to break it up.

If wonder if what the athlete took would help with the vigorous sweeping they do to create the friction on the ice, would've thought that would give an advantage to someone.

but as i said before, cheating is cheating no matter how you look at it or how good it makes them.

My most hated Australian bands would be in no particular order.....

Cold Chisel
The Whitlams
You Am I
Regurgitator
The Living End

I'll think of more but that's a start

You Am I's first 3 albums were good. I have soft spot for Chisel
The Living End, The Whitlams and Powderfinger definitely suck bawls though.

The things you find in random folders on workplace network drives.

Some guy has written up his speech for the SA Gridiron Hall Of Fame (did lol).

"Mat joined gridiron in the mid 80’s. Like his contemporaries he commenced training for the better part of 12 months before playing a competitive match. Not something that modern day participants would be likely to ever handle. He signed on at the time with the Brighton Breakers who were then based at the Brighton Rugby Club.

As with all his fledgling teammates Mat wanted to play in a key position role. The Head Coach Art Lyon asked all his 50-60 or so players to nominate their preferred positions – quick show have hands showed about a third were to be QBs, another third RBs and the rest WRs. However unlike many of his team mates who were then moved into the trenches he was absolutely destined to play as a wide receiver in this league. "

Wait what the ****, there is a gridiron league in SA?

Apparently so!

There has been a league for years and a pretty successful one at times. Getting into the Hall of Fame is also a pretty good achievement as many people have dedicated a good chunk of their lives to the sport.

There has been a 5 team league for quite a while, recently two of the teams have aligned with the Uni's.

Gridiron is by far the toughest of the footy codes in terms of pure brutality and need for recovery.

another good live band. :D

keen to go day on the green this year, probably won't be able to afford it though.
Living End and Spiderbait will be good.
I’d go but the venue is ****ing awful. All the day on the greens should be at peter Lehman

A good mate of mine plays for the Port Adelaide Spartans

Powderfinger > The Living End

Their late era stuff was horrendous. Wake Up? It's directly addressing the listeners struggling with remaining awake during an ill advised move to socially aware radio friendly mid tempo pop punk that teenagers from stable upbringings gravitated to in those years.

Having said that, I admit I do like the American Idiot album.

I can stand shit music (huh duh we know you can huhuhuhu) but I absolutely draw the line at shit and preachy.
