Shitmond returns

Is Jenkins actually too shit for Rance to know how to play? You don't have to play him like he's Josh Kennedy.

Rance is just having a mare I think.. on the flip maybe they'll extend Jerka"s contract

Rance is really getting towelled up. This augurs well for all teams with tall forward lines who will know what to do when they play Richmond. Marshall would possibly be a better match-up than Dixon as he has the height as well and more speed on a lead. Where Rance gets caught out is when a forward gets in front of him and keeps him from the ball. Marshall may need a bit more strength on him but he is bulking up.

Yeah but Charlie gets stuck in to him when he beats him so it's totally worth it even if he only kicks one.

Both sides great at home and rubbish away.

Richmond playing dumb football. Dropping marks left right and centre.

Hartigan is so so so bad. How is he an AFL player?

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!!!

Richmond trapped lightening in a bottle last September. They just look so structurally flawed.

And why do all their small forwards try to take pack marks inside 50 while no crumber sits beneath the pack? crows small defenders easily waltz out of there time and time again.

Because Riewoldt is nowhere near it tonight to be the guy to go up.

Crows have been pretty slick, theyve been much cleaner with the ball, theyve moved it from end to end with ease, theyve been cleaner with handball in congestion, and theyve been converting efficiently, in particular theyve made Richmonds defence completely lose its shape.

However

After all that, after playing a half of chaos ball, many, many dropped marks, fumbled balls, unforced panicked kicks, poor defence and terrible transition, the Tigers are still only 2 goals down.

This may go down to the wire, but a couple adjustments at half time could swing the game either way.

Key notes though, Gibbs is a bloody gun, him and Sloane make a ridiculously good duo. Oh and Dusty can play.

Yep, they're no different to the Bulldogs the year before. Such obvious outliers of premiership sides, not a class above and the start of a new dynasty or style of play. Yet their fans would have everyone think all their failures in finals from debacles such as the 2014 EF onwards let inevitably to their flag. Sure love they beat Adelaide, but outside playing Adelaide, time to see them crash back to earth.
