At the time I was filthy with him more so because we had looked after him with all his injury troubles and the moment he realised he was most likely going to cop a tag in our midfield with all our other departures, he bailed! Brilliantly talented footballer in full flight but reportedly a tad lazy and coasted on ability alone. Freed up cap space and a spot for a young midfielder. So we are now better off.
