I started cutting people out like the Cheff for example. Then I thought, stuff it, they all do their bit and who the hell am I to take them off the list

Most clubs do have a spiritual advisor nowadays (often have a different title though).

Curiously enough the first club in Victoria to create the role were the Demons and the last, the Saints!

His position was made redundant.

Then, soon after he left, it was made unredundant.

There can be no doubt that something has changed this season in the box. The games we have lost Port in particular looked like Brad of old the rest we have been responsive and proactive. Can the changes really be attributable to Brad waking up one morning at the start of this season and going, wow I sudddnly realise after a decade I need to address my shortcomings as a game day tactician? Only by listening to other voices. I wonder who they are? Please keep up the good work.
