As a society we should definately assume the 18 year old child is just unlucky to have been in two riots, a murder and this ramming within a couple of weeks.

The former Sudan has been divided into 2 countries, with South Sudan the newest on the world atlas.....The border region is where all the oil fields are.....It's principally been both the C.I.A & MOSSAD who have been behind the fighting & the civil war there, as a means to requisition said oil fields at their pay-masters behest....AKA Western oil interests.

It's two incidents, not four. It's totally possible that he attended a party in the city and saw someone get stabbed, then at a later date attended an event in a bar and was hit by the car despite not being one of the main ones involved. Innocent people within the Sudanese community have to deal with dickhead Sudanese, too. He might have just been out for a good time and twice had his party pooped in horrific fashion. I'm just saying, he lost a leg. Let's wait until we know a bit more about him before suggesting he deserved it.

By the way I have worked in resources. No one except flor China is interested in high risk resource development there is plenty of good project in PNG that can't get funded let alone the Sudan.

Two full blown riots that included a stabbing murder and a vehicle ramming. Personally Ive never been is such close proximity to any such incident as these let alone within the space of a couple of weeks. Oh well now he has no leg.
 
As Scummo correctly pointed out the other day, this isn't an ethnic problem, it's a crime problem. If it were a problem with Sudanese youth in general, then why aren't Sudanese gangs rampaging through Sydney and Brisbane? There are plenty of them in both places.

Neither have all kids in Melbourne of African background or even Sudanese background. The stats from Victoria Police show there are a small number of troublemakers who are the problem.

Regardless of what colour or who committed these crimes, the job of the police and the courts is to ensure law and order prevails.

Sadly the cops simply don't have the support from the courts or their own governments.

I'm reading conflicting reports on the amputation. Police said yes then they corrected themselves later on and said that hadn't occurred.

I found this little tid bit if true, interesting.

Our jails are full to the brim mate.....Difficult to justify keeping juvenile defenders locked away for longer periods when that's the case.

Interesting to read this and then go to the Vic Police facebook page and see them announce how the police arrested 27 people for possession of coke, marijuana etc on the weekend. Gee, really going after some "contested ball" there Victoria Police.

Surprisingly, this may be because there is are more white people in the population overall. How does Sudanese crime stack up as a proportion based on their population numbers? From what I have heard it seems to be dis-proportionally high.

And the funny thing is there was no compelling reason to expose the country to Sudanese crime. Instead, they caved in to vocal minority groups such as the socialist left and adopted an UN/ABC immigration policy. So where is your outrage outside of typing away here on BigFooty.
 
Ask yourselves a simple question.

Would this even be an issue if the Victorian Labor government wasn't in power?

We all know why Murdoch is targeting Andrews & his government by using this issue as a means to try & oust him.....Because Andrews is committed to Green sustainable energy & strong unions....And Gina & Ruprect especially don't like those.

This is simply about vested interests & who stands to lose & gain $$$$…..Principles & truth have nothing to do with it, as any column by Bolt & Panahi will attest to.
 
Are you saying there's no sudanese crime problem and it's all a media creation or you think the crims are working for him?
