I think Kane Cornes has riled them up on purpose one can only assume. We actually paid fair price for McGovern. If anything slightly over due to still contracted. Shane McAdam thrown in for them was a good deal imo and the Swans opportune timing to be willing to throw pick 13 their way is not to be sneezed at on their end. They should be upset a player wanted to leave going into his prime years but their own fault for list management bullshitting him last contract sign up. Cry me a river sooky Croweaters I say.

The curious thing is that before the trade McGov gone was an elite talent with massive upside worthy of our pick #1 . Now it's gone through for #13 and McLoosechange they now consider McGov a 48 game player who proved nothing, has questionable skills and desire and is fat.

Just spitballing... and prefacing by saying I am 100% in the take Walsh at 1, or happy to see what falls if we can turn 1 into Walsh plus something..

But would anyone do pick 1 to Adelaide for Brad crouch and 8.
Then turn 8 and future pick for Shiel ?

Not sure Adelaide or gws would but I’m bored and would dearly love to stick it to bombers...
