Great get by Brisbane. Neale leads the league in disposals and clearances since 2016. Proven A-Grader in his prime worth a lot more than speculative draft selections.

Lets hope we can follow suit next year

Maybe....they do a lot of draft changes every year and look busy....but not many of them work out..or stay. Neale is the replacement for Rockliffe but not a matchwinner on his lonesome any more so. Their problems arent the midfield.

I'd argue though that they're ahead of us by the sheer volume of talent they have gotten over the last few seasons, regardless of the fact that they do seem to haemorrhage a bit every off season. they've certainly hit on more picks than Carlton have in the last 5 seasons!
