My honest opinion is despite the drying we are getting from the commentators that it was an ok first quarter but not sustainable.

We smashed them in contested footy, kicked almost all of our set shots and yet its still just 1 kick. I dont think we can play any better than that where as the tigs will maintain the same level each quarter.
We didnt win any ground balls inside 50 and conceded all our goals from the opposite

Yeah exactly the same as last year but didnt kick straight and they ended up belting us cause we ran out of legs. Think might of had couple injuries tho

Better, but turning it over a lot coming out of defence. Seeing Richmonds forward pressure compared to what we've served up most of this season is insane.

Using it well going forward and converting chances is nice to watch.

Not bad, some good ball movements, but still plenty of terrible decision made. Jones throwing it straight to a tiger resulting in castagna goal. Brayshaw panicked kicked a dribbler straight to a tiger ended up going forward Richmond goal. Still bombing it in the forward 50. Overall reasonably happy hopefully we can sustain it.

But you could argue had it not been for a typical Tiger fluke hack off the deck, we'd have doubled their score .
I know what you mean though. These slippery conditions suit their game well. The hack game.
