Why does it matter if the thread was closed?
Poster crossed the line and should have been treated like our posters are treated for much less on their board.

Watching the replay Dayne Beams was fine.

Good disposal, not a star but good.

We’re far superior with him than say wills or Crocker or whoever is next on the rack.

Beams this season whilst not slaying them is still averaging near 26 possessions a game and he’s not a messy player.

From a personal perspective, what's done is done.
He/she would've copped some abuse I presume and got their jollies - good on them.
I prefer to focus on the fact we won - spread that word.

It shouldn’t have bothered with the Essendon skill errors; they were self-evident.

I think while the Mihocek hold was probably there, nearly all the other instances (Cox arm chop, Beams + Langdon marks not paid, Langdon free kick against, Stringer drop, Tippa throw etc.) were virtually indisputable and so including that one weakens the argument a little.

But he’s playing at a higher level than most.

By far better than most players.

As there isn’t many who can so sweetly rack up 25 to 35 possessions week on week on week.

And he’s not a messy player.

The other thing is with so many top line on ballers it’s hard for any player to constantly star on the ball because there’s so many of his team mates helping out.

We’re winning, we’re banking the four points, then at some point we’ll click in a big way and hopefully it’s all in September. That suits better.

My complaint was the disrespect for the day and the veterans in the crowd.

My family - like most of my vintage - have lost many loved ones to the conflicts this country has become involved with. One uncle lies buried at Lone Pine and another went missing in action over the trenches in Flanders whilst spotting for the artillery in his Be5.

Dad served in the evacuation of both Crete and Sicily and came back a changed man.

Any moron who thinks it's funny or even amusing to boo at an Anzac day event - any event - is a piece of sh1t.

Yes I could handle them booing on any other day, but booing the player who had just won the ANZAC medal was appalling.

I just went through the rules of the game as well.
We keep getting told that the ball must completely clear the post but nowhere in the rules could I find any such thing.
Just says that the ball must completely clear the goal line.
No reference to the goal posts and nothing stating that the goal posts represent the back of the goal line for example.
