Right now MLG is in the cross-hairs from what I've heard given his open attachment to Bolton.
SOS may not be as keen to continue with the CFC, regardless of his attachment to the club.
.

Hmmm, is this the latest re: SOS, either wanting out entirely/disillusioned off to another club/challenge, or perhaps being marked down from our performances and in the firing line?

Think I heard Caro bring SOS up as well in the query basket.

One could argue that Brad Scott has been holding North Melbourne back.
I think he has been quite selfish at North in recent times.

Waite, Hrovat, Tyson, Williams, Polec, Pittard, Hall (& there would be others) recruited not to have a tilt at a flag, but to avoid bottoming out.

Larkey was regularly kicking goals in the VFL last season, yet Waite was being preferred to him. Yes Waite was competitive, but he was not going to be part of a North premiership challenge.

Zurhaar has been getting a run in recent weeks & has shown enough to suggest he can be an AFL player.

This is just a couple of examples of younger players who I believe have been held back as mature players have been getting games to keep North competitive.

If Brad Scott is the answer at Carlton, the wrong question is being asked.

Let me be direct then.......Plenty on thin ice. Bolton. MLG and even SOS.

No agenda at all. Satisfied with
Great points and very fair indeed.
Allow me to try and get out of this predicament, although I'm not sure I can. :)

It's many moving parts at the CFC right now. No knowing for sure as to how they may fall, but one thing for sure....It's not a back-slapping time at the club.
Are you Car

I have a mental picture of the film Ghost. You are Whoopi Goldberg channeling the spirit of Caroline Wilson.

Scott was part of removing youth that still had time to improve (Clarke, Hibberd etc), for multiple shots at competing in finals, without ever being a contender. Also held on to aging players, for far too long.

He had a number of years, coaching an experienced, mature squad, for little return

No thanks

If we can snag 4 or 5 wins for the rest of the season and show some semblance of a game plan and consistency i’d Be happy to let B.B. see out his contract.
If if all goes to **** and he’s shown the door, who would be the choice out of Scott, Longmire, Ratts and Lyon?
As I would expect the club to go for an experienced coach
If I had to choose ( thank the stars I don’t) it’d be Ratts.

You don't believe that the club will be constantly reviewing where it's at and the personnel involved? You don't believe that that could lead to change? You don't believe that they have internal goals agreed upon that we are unaware of that maybe Bolton isn't meeting and will see change? Or do you believe boards don't make change when their goals/objectives arent being achieved? What about the fact that the CFC might be considering their options is so unbelievable? Regardless of how you feel its utter negligence for an organisation to not be continuously trying to improve.
Would be shocked if any competent business was not reviewing performance and holding its officers to account for their departments.

I would also be shocked if a business had a plan in place and was openly and publicly canvassing options for replacing its staff, while they were still implementing the agreed plan in the manner they had all signed up for.

There is a big difference between reviewing current performance and openly canvassing replacements for key roles.

The FOXFOOTY good ole boys mates bubble will push Brad Scott as a contender for all sorts of football jobs and will create agendas just to push him forward
If nothing turns on the coaching front he will more than likely be gifted a special comments gig.
