For 12 months Geelong officials have been crapping on about how Tim Kelly's a contracted player which somehow locks him into having no choice but to play for Geelong. Yet they're about to make their THIRD bid for contracted Jack Steven, so apparently contracts only matter when they apply to Geelong players as far as these hypocritical pricks are concerned.

How deliciously appropriate Tim Kelly will no longer be contracted at the end of the year when he walks to Freo or West Coast, and Geelong's only plan to replace him is a fool's hope to grab a flaky 29 year old with mental health issues destined to be Bryce Gibbs MKII.

When you're contracted you do have no choice to leave, unless both clubs agree to it.

Geelong were happy to negotiate a trade as long as it was a winning trade for both teams. In Kelly's case the Eagles offered unders and we rejected it rightly.

We will no doubt negotiate with the Saints and if they agree a deal will be done. If they don't Steven stays a Saint.

What we wont do is go on and on about on Bay13/team boards and bitch and moan about how nasty the Saints are that they are holding him hostage and use the mental health card if the deal doesn't get done, like the Freagles and their cheerleaders have been doing all year.

Would you be so kind as to point out those Hawthorn supporters who cheered Puopolo's bump? I certainly didn't, nor do I recall any Hawthorn posters here on the Bay doing so.
