What’s your concern on SOS involvement Harks?Put forward the proof that you'll have the opportunity to play finals, be bettered as a player for playing under a particular coach, belong to an environment that fosters personal growth and know you'll be take care off after your career.....then money is not quite as important for most.
SOS gets this notion although he may not be the best individual to be part of the implementation of it.
This is where our club has to get to, in order to have sustained success. Amazing what Balme has done for Richmonds culture in such a short time.

But in the beginning someone decided a change was needed and he/she called on others to come together..A change is needed, a group comes together, most of the group are the drivers
Look at the Swans, no matter where they are on the ladder, their no dickheads policy has been in place for a very long time

2-3 for week in week out. Will most likely play reasonable time at some stage next season if he can get an effective pre season in. I see him splitting time as the prime ruck in 2021 before fully assuming the mantle in 2022.TDK is 5 years away from being physically the type of ruckman who can bang bodies with the best week in week out and through finals. Query whether that fits our timeframe.
I think we will take one this year, I recall Agresta saying in his interview on afl.com.au that this years draft has good ruck depthMakes sense, Jacobs would, at best, split time with Kreuzer at Carlton, despite being a genuine no. 1 ruck.
Levi is a huge key here. I would be happy if Phillips accepts a one year deal, which incidentally matches Kreuzer's tenure. Retaining Levi would allow
sufficient break glass ruck depth to run with three. No one could blame Levi if he takes a more lucrative, long term deal elsewhere, but if he does then we definitely need to sign an insurance policy, in an age bracket to give, say three years coverage. (I am sure we will take a young, project ruck next year)

How long was Gawn on Dees list before he become a regular quality ruckman ?2-3 for week in week out. Will most likely play reasonable time at some stage next season if he can get an effective pre season in. I see him splitting time as the prime ruck in 2021 before fully assuming the mantle in 2022.

So....who fills the spot Jacobs would have taken?
Indeed he did, but we may not have the draft picks to take the best option. The over riding factor I see was also alluded to by Agresta, one Henry WalshI think we will take one this year, I recall Agresta saying in his interview on afl.com.au that this years draft has good ruck depth

Development was injury interrupted. The 2-3 years mentioned was until TDK could be expected to assume the no. 1 mantle, not until he becomes a "superstar".How long was Gawn on Dees list before he become a regular quality ruckman ?
5 years is a long time. Have a look at Tim English who is in his 2nd year and holding down a number 1 ruck spot and he isn't exactly built like tarzan at the moment.TDK is 5 years away from being physically the type of ruckman who can bang bodies with the best week in week out and through finals. To me, TDK doesn't have the body of a Gawn, Goldy, Mumford, Kruze....he's a Grundy shape through and through for mine. How long was Gawn on Dees list before he become a regular quality ruckman ?

SOS needs to give Harks a good talking to.
Neither did Gawn at that age...To me, TDK doesn't have the body of a Gawn,
