The gout, unless you lay off the metho and orange juice, whilst I understand it is a very cheap option, there are other alternatives. I suggest sobriety for a spell to get the Uric Acid under control. (This may help your posting as well, unsure of this at this stage in proceedings).

One thing is for certain guys, and I’ll let you in on a little secret here, when someone retires from the SFA, there can be many underlying reasons and factors behind said retirement. It might be any of:

Lack of time or energy to contribute,

Personal reasons IRL which shouldn’t be made light of,

Being a genuine shittruck of a poster and not really adding anything but pot shots from the cheap seats,

Being mentally fragile and not having the strength in their mental processes to push past the fact that they are in a banter league. They take everything to heart, and then the defence mechanisms kick in.
These defence mechanisms are trotted out in order to make the host soothe the conflict of their inner selves. These defence mechanisms can be closely followed by something called projection, where the host or in this case, Sterge attributes said feelings to someone else in the hope that he will perhaps feel better about his many shortcomings.

These personality deficiencies CAN be rectified with the appropriate treatments and techniques, but they can take an extremely long time to be trained out of certain individuals. In Sterge ‘s case, I would suggest stepping away from the SFA indefinitely and putting some time and effort into his inner self, to become a better version of the one that currently logs onto Bigfooty, and sees that his greatest achievement in his short life is becoming a Bigfooty moderator.
