Would it greatly impact culture? you still have Doc around and it shows good culture if we are compassionate enough to release Cripps for the betterment of his personal life (as long as fairly compensated). Walsh, Weits and others are starting to step up and losing Cripps might be the impetus needed for the next generation to put their hand up finally, especially as come the end of this season Murphy, Betts are gone with Cas and Ed possibilities or relegated to depth.That would be very handy substitutes, not sure what it does to our culture as a footy club though..
