Lol this isn’t a math quiz. There’s no scoring 90% on an interview. It’s either you thought they were better than all other available or options, or not.

If true (which I doubt), it probably means that if there are no surprise standouts in the remaining interviews then the job is pretty much his. If there are, then he’s a chance not to get it.

Geelong are refreshing their assistants for new ones, widely acknowledged they need to change the way they play. And we want two of them? Voss isn't known for tactical nous either.

I’m keen to find out if Voss is Pro or Anti-Ladhams tbh. Without meaning to knock the place, he’d be lot more likely to mature in a different state, IMO, and he has undoubted talent.
