I will find all of your posts and create a celebrity post archive

I've become quite fond of the banana tree

I literally have 25-30 in my back yard
Is your backyard Queensland?

Also, Have I ever encourage you to do a whole chicken on the charcoal spit? If not it will be the best chook you've ever eaten. Got a great stuffing recipe I made if you like it too.

Kinda feels like Qland, that is the tropical backyard feel I'm going for

And yes, please send across the recipe

Chop up 4-6 slices of bread and put in a bowl. Depending on the size of the chicken.
Add the following and base the amounts on your personal taste:
Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Marjoram, Sage, all fresh if possible.
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil - enough to get the bread moist along with the lemon.
Salt & Pepper
Chilli is optional if you like a bit of heat.

Do you stuff the chicken or cook it separately in foil or whatever? I’ve seen both methods

I don’t know how crimson will do it, but my dad does it not in a bird at Christmas but wrapped in bacon! In one of those rectangular baking dishes, that’s what I’m trying to replicate.

Awesome idea! Bacon beats foil any day

Wilson brought it upon himself for wearing no pants in public, not sitting down properly or having any booze when he was told to do.

That Oblivion soundtrack takes me back. Probably the first RPG I got right into, might see if Steam has a sale atm...

The Oblivion people who make vids on YouTube are funny, the titles crack me up, Crackheads are Skooma Addicts. :tearsofjoy:

Been watching a s**t tone of them lately.

Inside the chook, get juices from the chicken going into it too. Extra flavour. I don’t really care for the chicken it’s just a vessel to carry the skin and stuffing.
