H2TYW would be VERY forward with Hurn.Is hurn a forward ??.
Dunno....Looks like Chesser is doing the real power move.A couple of the draftees started their AFL career by taking a firm grip of the thigh of the guy next to them in photos, good start. Power move from Daicos.

He is not a bad shout I reckon. Is Milera DEF/FWD or just DEF
Priced similar to both Rioli and Im confused
Beer 3 kenties
Haha! I think 90% is a bit of a stretch... I'd say more 30/70 for De Goey mid/fwd, however he was at most CBAs then pushed forward. They shuffled the mids around a lot, so it was a little difficult to keep track from ground level

JDG mostly forward isn’t a lock for me. Still in my side but I hope that midfield time increases closer to round one. If butters has a better mid split he may represent better value than De Goey.FYI Jen has corrected her comment about JDG playing 90% forward -
“I thought Jordy played mostly forward, but after reviewing some of the footage, I think he spent more time in the midfield than I originally thought. But he was down forward a great deal too.
Lippa was majority mid.”

Adams a good chance to be injured before the season starts anyway.JDG is Collingwood's clear #2 Mid. He's not going to be playing mostly forward when the real stuff starts. I don't believe the new coach is foolish enough to think that Adams is capable of carrying that midfield on his own Cripps style.
Lachie Weller played half-back for the probable's in the SUNS intra-club yesterday. Think we can lock him in for the seagull role if anyone wants to balance out Piggy/Rowell/Sic-dawg in their side with a gloriously handsome man. $400k MID/FWD, very tempting, big pre-season watch for me.
You'd think so but at the same time Harvey and Buckley clearly had two different opinions on the matter. Despite being arguably our best mid he also makes a difference in the forward line.JDG is Collingwood's clear #2 Mid. He's not going to be playing mostly forward when the real stuff starts. Yep, he's a great runner, a good kick, possibly a little soft so will look for the cheap possie so should be a great seagull.Weller's always had the potential to be SC relevant in the right role. Nicely priced as well.
Preseason watch.Do you guys think theres any benefit in starting Weller or is it better to see if the role actually turns into points and trade him in down the line?
My current set up has Dunkley, JDG, Rayner, Cogs. Idk i feel like Weller at F3 is fine but at F2 might be too risky.Preseason watch.
If he scores in the preseason I’m 100% finding a way to take him.
I'd suppose less Pendles in the mid could be a factor too? You'd think so but at the same time Harvey and Buckley clearly had two different opinions on the matter. Despite being arguably our best mid he also makes a difference in the forward line.
Wait for the PS games to confirm. Much easier to change a more expensive player down to him if needed. At his price you could easily wait and trade him in after 4/5 rounds if he is scoring well as his price won't have gone up too much.Do you guys think theres any benefit in starting Weller or is it better to see if the role actually turns into points and trade him in down the line?
Lots of different ways to interpret stats which is the beauty of them.
Correct .....but you also can't ignore Treloar's SC Scoring historyLots of different ways to interpret stats which is the beauty of them.
I see that and the first thing that I see is that he only went over 100 once when having <50% CBAs which I dare say (without injuries to the key guys) would be quite a common figure for him this season.
