Swans would be a big chance if they had a forward. Franklin is looking like a liability and Weitering as usual gets away with murder in the stragging stakes. Have never seen a free paid against him and I wish our defenders would get umpired like this.

That’s the crazy part about how bad Carlton are

You can’t touch their forwards
Their defenders are allowed to do whatever
Their mids don’t need to handball or dispose of the ball

If we were umpired like Carlton are it would actually be impossible to beat us lol

With what should be Carlton dominance in the air and Franklin being absolutely useless it's amazing Sydney are still in this. Carlton actually playing fast and risky seems to be letting Sydney in with their their pressure and ground ball efforts. I reckon Carlton would be better off playing a slower possession style and kicking long to contests but the pressure to play attacking footy after last week seems to have informed their tactics. If Sydney can actually keep up this intensity and for god sake Franklin or someone up forward can pull their finger out this could be a very funny second half.
