Silly post really. He’s not a talker. Hasn’t ever been in the leadership group and is very much just a “head down and do my job” player.

Yeah I mean from Hardwick’s perspective.

The only Hawks that would want to do that are ones that have not been offered a contract(Howe, Shiels).

Hes no where near vocal enough and is a keep to himself type. Not a natural leader.
