Would rather stand in front of the opposition supporters than celebrate with his own fans.

Plenty of time to do that too. ;)

It hurts. But what a farken epic night. Who knows if we'll ever see that again!

Yes I love Victory and it hurts but the game is what counts love seeing the scenes in Gosford atm. Grand Finals are always special no matter what and to think there are people calling for finals to be scrapped in the A-League.

Well that's a rap for another A-League season congratulations to the Central Coast Mariners winning back to back Championships and also a treble of trophies this season. It’s been another long and frustrating season at times but just like the Mariners have done there is still hope and potential for this league to get off its knees in the coming seasons. Thankyou to everyone who have contributed to the board during the season still much to look forward to in the off season we have the Australia Cup national rounds starting soon and our Matildas going for a chance to win a medal (hopefully gold) in Paris at the Olympics. The off season thread will be up soon until the A-League begins again next season, Cheers all giggler99

First game I watched since about mid point of the season. Not sure anyone could dislike CCM and how they go about it and beside Jets fans they'd have to be close to being everyone's second team. Apart from the disappointment in losing it's impossible to hold any grudge against them. Without the resources of some of the other clubs they have a real knack for unearthing and developing talent and have developed a great identity away from the big cities. What they've won this season along with going back to back has to be congratulated.

Victory too defensive after the goal. No wonder they only won 50% of games after scoring first during the season.

The writing was on the wall around the 80 minute mark, an equaliser was always going to come and as the defence drifted further back every 5 minutes the Mariners started getting in dangerous crosses .

Although the goal did come directly after the Victory made 2 subs 😬
