He is from Sturt so I imagine it was quite an intelligent discourse ranging across romantic poetry, the relative merits of Dickens and Joyce and the more modern greats like Mailer and Hemingway, Pythagorean Theorem, and Renaissance art.

Aside from Newcombe, that list is trash. Durham looks like he might be ok. Pickett is a very average player.

The fact that will Snelling is at 7 and Jed mcentee makes it on there while being literally the worst "best 22" player in the AFL tells you how bad it is

I don’t get Richmond’s love affair with Pickett.

He was just lucky enough to debut in a GF, which is a cool story, but doesn’t make him anything other than average

Durham looks more than ok to me. He’s becoming, maybe already is, Essendon’s second most important midfielder.
