I just don't see how that particular issue is on Voss. The players are looking for options, we've been effectively choked ahead of the ball, NO ONE is creating a target, so the ball carriers have such limited options.I'm not usually one to pin it on the coach.

Your key points about urgency, taking the game on, gaining territory aren't wrong though, it's just that they seem to jibe with what Voss has said publicly and therefore MUST be part of their preparation. Now if that sort of stuff isn't part of their training regimen then I think the whole coaching staff needs to go ASAP
