Started with the coach and spread to the playing group. May should have been gone after going off at a team mate at a restaurant. Goodwin should have been gone long ago due to his out-of-box exploits as well. Allow these things to fester, and the team falls apart.

Just went and watched it again. He picked it up around 3 metres outside the 50. He kicked it around 22 metres later. It was minimum 11 steps.
